Inspired by flavors from around the world, Eduardo Rodriguez makes natural fresh, healthy artisan cheeses that people love. He believes in eating all natural food is the start for a healthy body and mind. He also cares for the environment and community by using local ingredients. His products promote health families and environment. You can also find his products at the following venues: Blue Ash, Hyde Park, Montgomery, Wyoming Farmers Markets; Our Harvest Cooperative CSA, Orchids at Palm Court, Wildflower Cafe.

PRODUCTION PRACTICES :

He uses local goats' and cows' milk, from supervised dairy farmers that meet his quality standards. The milk is antibiotic and r-BST free. 
All his cheeses are made the natural way, no additives, preservatives or powder milk. All the aged cheeses have developed a natural rind that he has cared for himself.
