cilantro lime corn salsa

Ingredients

**4 leftover grilled ears of corn

1 lime, juiced

1 tsp. cayenne pepper

**3 tbsp. cilantro, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1.     Cut off corn from cobs.

2.     Add all ingredients together

3.     Enjoy with chips!
